The prime objective of OSEL EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is to find the participant paid employment and to help them become “work ready” by inspiring self-confidence and motivation.
The programme is designed to remove barriers and to provide individually tailored support to both the participant and the employer, overcoming issues which may prohibit sustainable employment.
We assess the need for personal support, training and work adjustments and can arrange “work placements” which may lead to paid employment, thus confidence is built, new skills are learned and existing skills improved. Opportunities are available to experience what is actually involved and what is expected in the workplace.
This programme can also be used to assist those who may be having difficulties in their existing employment caused by disability or health issues.
